Shipping & Delivery

Lead Time

Luxemono take 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process, pack and dispatch to our courier team
For personalized items, please allow 2 to 3 working days to process.

Domestic Delivery

The shipping rates for Domestic packages (Singapore) are as follows:

- Local (Singapore), Standard Door to Door Delivery (3 to 5 working days) - $4
- Local (Singapore), Express Door to Door Delivery (1 to 2 working days) - $7

The estimated delivery time is from date shipped (dispatch to our courier team), not necessarily the date of the order. Eg ( 2 Working Days (Processing) + 2 working days (Delivery time frame) )

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided. The order will be subjected to a redispatch fee of S$4 if the parcel returns to us. We will contact you if it happens.


International Delivery

We deliver worldwide except for EU countries. The shipping rates for international packages are at a flat fee.  

International Express Delivery

- International Express Delivery (3 to 7 working days) - S$35
- United States Express Delivery (3 to 7 working days) - S$45

Standard Delivery with tracking

– Hong Kong & Malaysia, Standard Delivery with tracking (7 to 21 working days) – S$15
– Rest of the world except EU countries, Standard Delivery with tracking (7 to 21 working days) – S$20

The last mile delivery is done by your local postal service of your country. If the tracking states "Arrived at destination facility" or "Departed from Local Distribution Center" – Kindly use the same tracking number to contact your local post office or check the status using your local postal service website.

We do our best in ensuring quick and smooth deliveries internationally. International packages are subjected to custom clearances at destination countries, any additional charges must be fuilfiled by the recipient. This process may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. However, we are not responsible for any delays and extra fees which may be applied by customs and duty offices of the recipient’s country.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided.

A redispatch fee of S$25 (standard delivery) will be required if the parcel returns to us. We will contact you if it happens.
